Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched via registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post within one day of the order date and/or payment confirmation, or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. Delivery typically occurs within 1 day, depending on the norms and timelines of the courier service or postal authority. Please note that any delays caused by these third-party services are beyond our control. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. An email confirmation of service delivery will be sent to the registered email ID specified at the time of registration. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a refund or exchange within one day from the purchase date. After one day, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions apply:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
The original packaging must be intact.
Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns or refunds, and these exceptions will be clearly identified at the time of purchase. Once a return or exchange request is accepted, and the item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email of the receipt. Upon successful quality inspection, we will process your return or exchange request per our policy guidelines.
